Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Raniriwaaz, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a transparent and hassle-free return, exchange, and refund experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day Return & Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must successfully pass the required quality inspection.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
- Products returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories.
- Customized, personalized, or special-order products (if applicable).
- Any product that fails the quality inspection.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Approval Process
- During the reverse pickup, the originally delivered product will undergo an initial quality inspection by the courier partner.
- The exchange request will be processed only if the product is found to be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- If the product does not meet the required quality standards, Raniriwaaz reserves the right to reject the exchange request.
Exchange Shipping Charges
- Return (Reverse Pickup) Charges: Applicable as per the shipping charges levied by our courier/shipping partner for your delivery location.
- Forward Shipping Charges (Replacement Product): No forwarding charges will be applicable. Raniriwaaz will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement product.
Return & Refund Policy
If you choose to return a product for a refund, the following terms will apply:
Return Shipping Charges
The following charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable:
- Forward shipping charges (original delivery charges).
- Return (reverse pickup) charges.
These charges will be calculated as per the rates applicable by our courier/shipping partner for your delivery location.
Refund Approval Process
- The returned product must first be received at the Raniriwaaz warehouse.
- After receiving the product, our team will conduct a final quality inspection.
- Refunds will be approved only if the product successfully passes the quality inspection.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product successfully passes the quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 12 hours.
- Applicable forward shipping charges and return (reverse pickup) charges will be deducted from the refundable amount before processing the refund.
- The remaining eligible refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method or, in the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, to the bank account or UPI ID provided by the customer.
- The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the respective bank or payment service provider.
Return & Exchange Request Process
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos showing the issue or reason for return/exchange (if applicable)
- Product packaging photos, if requested
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Refund Method
For Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details, UPI ID, or any other approved payment information for processing the refund.
Important Notes
- Raniriwaaz reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request if the product does not comply with this policy.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable and will be deducted as per the courier partner's applicable rates.
- Raniriwaaz reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
