Refund policy

At Raniriwaaz, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We offer a 5-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
- Customized or special-order products (if applicable).

Quality Check Process

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

Returns and exchanges will be approved only after successful completion of the quality check.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be initiated after the product successfully passes the quality check.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 12 hours.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchange Request Process

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within 5 days of delivery and provide:
•    Order ID
•    Clear photos of the product
•    Photos showing the issue or reason for exchange (if applicable)
•    Product packaging photos, if requested
Our team will review the submitted details and provide further instructions

Refund Method

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide valid bank account details, UPI ID, or other approved payment information for processing refunds.

Refunds will be initiated within 12 hours after the returned product successfully passes the quality inspection.
